Connor played his last T-ball game of his first season last Saturday. "Portland" Gr. and Gr. came to cheer him on. He loved the extra attention and cheers. He and grandpa exchanged lots of "thumbs ups" and "high fives." Sadie just comes for the Capri Sun and snack! Connor is looking forward to when he can play "real baseball" (he prefers to be pitched to:)

Sadie's a Walking Girl!
Sadie started walking last week and now is 100% walking all of the time. It is so cute to watch her toddle around, but at the same time, I get sad to know she is growing up too fast! Why can't they just stay little???:)
Mother's Day
I had a wonderful Mother's Day. These are a couple of pictures from our Mother's day Tea. As you can see, Connor felt a bit intimidated and shy with all of the mothers there. He hid under his hat for most of the time. He did, however, serve me cookies and juice and give me the cute artwork you can see. So fun!!!!

Huntington Beach
We took a day away from Disneyland on Saturday to go hang out in Lance's neck of the woods. In his neighborbood he has an awesome pool. The kids really enjoyed swimming and we all enjoyed soaking up some much needed sun! We even had In and Out Burger poolside, thanks to Grandpa. What more could we ask for??? After the kids had a little nap at Lance's house we headed to the Beach. Connor loved digging in the sand and playing baseball. Sadie was so happy to crawl in and eat the sand! It was an awesome day!
Disneyland 2008
We just returned from a wonderful trip to Disneyland. Last Wednesday, Ryan's parents, two brothers at BYU, and us, met in Southern California to see Uncle Lance and Mickey Mouse. It was the first time Ryan's family had ever been to Disneyland. We had so much fun seeing the sights and spending time with family. Some highlights for Connor were... "Seeing the real Lightning Mcqueen", "Dumbo Ride", "Hugging Mickey", and "The Nemo Ride." Sadie loved it all! She loved having so much attention and so much to look at. My personal favorites were the fireworks, Space Mountain, Tower of Terror, and the parades. It was so cute seeing Connor watch the parades waving at the characters. He was so excited that "Lightning and Buzz looked right at him!" Ryan and I even got to go back to the park a couple of nights without kids! ( I still couldn't get him to go on the scary rides:)) Thank goodness for grandparents! Unfortunately, we hardly took any pictures because we had our own personal photographer (Lance with his new fancy camera). When I get copies of his pictures I'll post some more.
